TUESDAY, MAY 26
08:00: Departure from the hotel.
09:00 – 12:00: Seppälän Sheep Farm (Contact: Anu Turu).
Filming plan: Introduction to the farm, breed characteristics, spinning process, and final products. We would ideally like to film the shearing of a couple of sheep.
12:30 – 13:30: Lunch at a nearby location (no filming).
15:00 – 18:00: Valkmusa National Park (Contact: Roosa Mikkola).
Filming plan: Discussion on peatlands, carbon storage, and the impact of climate change with a wilderness guide and a representative from the Forest Ministry.
Accommodation: Hotel Jokipuisto.
WEDNESDAY, MAY 27
Morning: Kotka city introduction and salmon (sea trout) preparation at the riverside location with host Sauli Orimus.
Filming plan: Cleaning, skewering, and cooking process, followed by a tasting of a pre-prepared salmon.
12:00: Departure to the airport.
13:45: Arrival at the airport for return flights (15:35 and 16:40).
